We are on a mission to brighten your life through real estate. Our property owners entrust us with what may be their most valuable asset and the keys to their goals (retirement, relocation, saving for children’s college, cashflow today, you name it). Our tenants look to us to help keep their home a safe, enjoyable place they are proud of. We don’t take those responsibilities lightly. As a small, locally owned business, we are committed to our community and the opportunity we have by brightening the lives of those around us by living out our core values each and every day.

Chris lives in Huntersville with his wife and two young boys. When he’s not managing property or looking at real estate investments, he enjoys spending time outside on the water or camping. His favorite aspect of property management is finding innovative ways to increase the value we add to our property owners and tenants through new offerings and technology. Chris has a unique background in aerospace manufacturing, program management, and finance which aid him in bringing process rigor to how we manage properties.

Amy lives in Huntersville with her husband and two children. When she’s not serving our owners and tenants, she is devouring a good book, out on a run, or quoting “Friends.” Her favorite part of property management is keeping the office organized and hearing how excited an owner gets when their property is rented and helping new tenants get settled into their new homes. Amy is also a CPA who enjoys a “nice, juicy Excel spreadsheet” and crunching numbers for fun.

Our team extends well beyond the great employees of Sunnon Property Management and also includes our trusted vendors and service partners.
